The group Vicat has been present in Kazakhstan through its subsidiary Jambyl Cement Company since 2010. Through the quality of its production and logistics, Jambyl Cement Company has established itself as the benchmark cement manufacturer in this country. Jambyl Cement Company cement plant is located at Mynaral, 450 km from Almaty. Its annual cement production capacity is 1.6 million tons.
We are looking for the Automation supervisor (W/M) of the cement plant of our subsidiary Jambyl Cement Company, in Kazakhstan, based in Mynaral.
· Complies with and ensures compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on HSE and environmental standards and follow the group Vicat’s corporate policy on HSE, and compliance, and CSRD ESG. Ensuring healthy and safe working conditions for subordinates and performers, monitoring their compliance with the requirements of legislative and regulatory legal acts on labor protection and the group Vicat’s standard.
· Carries out the planning and programming of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial automation, analyzing the service orders, distributing the maintenance activities to the teams according to technical competence, ensuring the efficient program of the maintenance plan.
· Performs preventive and corrective maintenance services on the software and hardware of the equipment according to the opening of a service or emergency order, evaluating and identifying the type of problem, defining the best way and what types of tools and equipment are necessary for repair, repair or replacement of parts, ensuring the return of the equipment operation.
· Interacts with service providers and equipment manufacturers, making contact to solve the most complex problems, version update, machine programming (PLC), in order to ensure the proper maintenance plan.
· Manages the industrial network environment, performing anti-virus maintenance, weekly backup of PLC and supervisory programs, ensuring the proper security and integrity of the network.
· Prepares and applies technical training on equipment automation for electricians, training in the technical aspects of each equipment, showing the evaluation of causes, diagnoses of problems and solution, in order to train and provide more autonomy to the electrician team of sectors and shifts.
· Develops PLC programs internally, evaluating new projects and improvements in existing ones, using specific evaluation tools, programming according to the need and type of equipment, formatting and configuring the new operating standard, ensuring the fulfillment of the demand of the production line.
· Participates in the meeting of analysis of failures and machine stoppages, evaluating the failure reports, providing the technical opinion regarding the aspects of automation, assisting in the preparation of the action plan and solution of problems.
· Prepare the requisition of materials for the Warehouse and Purchasing, performing through the IFS system, following the flow of approvals and the delivery of material to the sector, maintaining the organization and stock of material for internal use.
· Participates to manage efficiently and keeps on improving the reduction of the CO2 emissions (and other greenhouse gas).
Reporting:
The Automation Supervisor reports directly to the Maintenance Director.
· Electrical or Automation Engineer degree with a proven track record in heavy industry at least over the last 5 years.
· At least 5 years experience in a similar position
· Knowledge in Siemens hardware and software. Experience in industrial network environment, PLC programming and SCADA system (InTouch).
